摘要
以单组份聚氨酯胶粘剂为胶结料,研制了一种具有发光功能的新型透水铺装材料,并探讨了原材料性能、配比及工艺对发光透水胶粘石性能的影响。试验结果表明:随着胶骨比的增大,发光透水胶粘石的抗压强度提高而透水系数减小;相同胶骨比下,随着骨料粒径增大,发光透水胶粘石的抗压强度先降低后提高,而透水系数逐渐增大;发光透水胶粘石的发光亮度以采用米黄色天然石骨料时最佳;发光层采用披刮制备工艺时发光材料分布更均匀,且施工便捷,成本低。
A new kind of permeable paving material with luminous function was developed by using one-component polyurethane adhesive as binder, and the influence of raw material properties,mix ratio and process on the properties of luminous polymer pervious concrete was studied. The results show that the compressive strength of luminous polymer pervious concrete increased and permeability coefficient decreased with the increase of adhesive-aggregate ratio. With the increase of aggregate gradation,the compressive strength of luminous polymer pervious concrete decreased first and then increased while the permeability coefficient increased for the same adhesive-aggregate ratio. The luminous intensity of luminous polymer pervious concrete was highest when the aggregate was yellow. The light-emitting effect is better distributed,the construction is easier and the cost is cheaper when the luminous polymer pervious concrete is formed by scraping.
