摘要
介绍了盐酸盐缓冲液的合成和表征。通过实验考察了盐酸盐缓冲液的质量分数和温度对除锈速率的影响。测试了不同温度下的pH值,并探讨了盐酸盐缓冲液的作用机制。结果表明:向环保型除锈剂中加入少量的盐酸盐缓冲液即可明显提高除锈速率,并且不损伤金属本体。
The synthesis and characterization of hydrochloride buffer were introduced.Effects of the mass fraction of hydrochloride buffer and temperature on the rust removing rate were investigated by experiments.Moreover,the pH value at different temperature was tested,and the functional mechanism of hydrochloride buffer was discussed.Results showed that adding small amounts of hydrochloride buffer to environment-friendly rust remover can obviously improve the rust removing rate,and will not damage metal matrix.
