摘要
本文选用具有较强酸性位的HKUST-1催化剂催化糠醛加氢为糠醇的反应,系统考察了实验条件如反应温度、催化剂用量、甲酸用量、糠醛用量、反应时间对该反应的影响,结果表明:该催化反应在反应温度110℃、催化剂0.2 g、氢源2 g、糠醛0.02 g、反应时间为1小时,糠醇的产率为22.36%。通过本文摸索性实验可知,Cu_3(BTC)_2·3H_2O有望成为糠醛加氢制糠醇的绿色催化剂。
In this paper, the strong acid sites of HKUST-1 catalyst for furfural hydrogenation of furfuryl alcohol reaction system, the effects of experimental conditions such as reaction temperature, catalyst amount, acid, furfural content, reaction time on the reaction, results show that: the catalyst in the reaction temperature 110 ℃, 0.2 g, catalyst, hydrogen source 2 g, furfural 0.02 g, reaction time was one hours, furfuryl alcohol yield of 22.36 %. Through this exploratory experiment, HKUST-1 is expected to become a green catalyst for hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol.
