地沟油的脱胶脱色工艺 被引量:5

摘要 本文研究地沟油脱胶脱色的最佳工艺。采用正交实验,首先研究水化-酸化联合脱去地沟油中胶性杂质的条件,脱胶后采用双氧水氧化和硅胶吸附相联合的方法对地沟油中有色物质进行去除,并考察试剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对地沟脱胶脱色效果的影响。最终获得脱胶的最优工艺:脱胶温度60℃、酸化时间40 min、水用量3%、水化时间30 min,此时脱胶率达到97.92%。脱色最优工艺:温度100℃、双氧水用量0.20 ml/g、双氧水脱色时间20 min、硅胶用量8%、硅胶脱色时间20 min,在最佳条件下脱色率达到99.41%。 In this paper, the optimum technology of degumming and decolorization of waste oil was studied. By the orthogonal experiment, the study first combined hydration with acidification to remove the colloidal impurities in waste oil in search for the best degumming conditions. After degumming, the coloured materials in gutter oil were removed by hydrogen peroxide oxidation and silica gel adsorption, and then the influence of the reagent dosage, the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the degumming and decolorization were researched. Finally, the optimal decolorization process was obtained as follows: degumming temperature 60 ℃, acidizing time 40 min, water dosage 3 % and hydration time 30 min, the degumming rate reached 97.92 %. Optimal decolorization process: temperature 100 ℃, hydrogen peroxide dosage0.20 m L/g, the decolorization time 20 min, the dosage of silica gel 8 % and the decolorization time of silica gel were 20 min respectively, and the decolorization rate reached 99.41% under the optimum conditions.
