精神分裂症患者常见头颅CT表现及相关性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨精神分裂症患者脑CT检查及其在临床诊疗中的应用分析;方法:选取肇庆市第三人民医院收治的60例精神分裂症患者为研究对象。选择同期本院60例健康体检者作为对照组。两组研究对象均进行脑CT检查,观察其脑萎缩发生率的差异,同时对精神分裂症患者脑CT影像学结果进行相关性分析;结果:60例精神分裂症脑CT主要表现为脑萎缩,其中皮质型表现为脑沟、脑池及脑裂增宽、变粗;髓质型表现为侧脑室、第三脑室的增大;混合型常有皮质型和髓质型的表现。精神分裂症患者脑萎缩发生率为51.67%高于健康体检者5.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);>50岁精神分裂症脑萎缩发生率高于41~50岁、31~40岁、<30岁,病程≥10年精神分裂症脑萎缩发生率高于<10年,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);精神分裂症CT表现脑萎缩与年龄、病程、阳性家族史、阴性症状量表评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者脑CT检查以脑萎缩为主,与年龄、病程、阳性家族史及阴性症状具有相关性。 Objective To analyze the application of cerebral CT examination in the clinical diagnosis of schizophrenia. Methods The 60 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Third Peoples Hospital of Zhaoqing City were selected as the study subjects. In the same period, 60 healthy people from the hospital were selected as the control group. Both groups of patients underwent brain CT examination to observe the difference in the incidence of brain atrophy. At the same time, the CT imaging findings of schizophrenic patients were correlated. Results The brain CT of 60 cases of schizophrenia mainly showed brain atrophy, in which the cortical type showed sulci, cerebellum, and cleft palate widened and thickened; the medulla type showed increase of lateral ventricle and third ventricle; Cortical and medullar type performance. The incidence of brain atrophy in schizophrenic patients was 51.67% higher than that in healthy subjects, which was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The incidence of brain atrophy in 〉50-yearold schizophrenia was higher than 41-to 50-year-old, 31-The incidence of brain atrophy in schizophrenia patients over 40 years old, 〈30 years old, and ≥ 10 years old is higher than〈10 years, and the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05); CT manifestations of brain schizophrenia are related to age, disease duration, and positive family. There was a positive correlation between scores of history and negative symptoms, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The brain CT examination of schizophrenic patients is mainly brain atrophy, and has correlation with age, course of disease, positive family history and negative symptoms.
