摘要
为了解决连续制备呋喃树脂砂时液料控制精度和出砂质量低的问题,应用Device Net总线主从站系统优化原呋喃树脂砂制备过程控制系统。树脂砂工艺优化采用Micro Logix PLC为主控制器,通过PID和变频调速定量控制固化剂、树脂等液料流量。监测制备前后砂温和水分,通过模糊控制器补偿固化剂和树脂流量输出,在线调整型砂成分。结果表明,优化后的固化剂、树脂等液料流量误差低于±3%,且树脂砂出砂质量得到有效保障。
In order to solve the problems of low control accuracy and low sand quality of liquid material during the continuous preparation of furan resin sand, preparation process control system of furan resin sand was optimized by applying Device Net bus master slave system. The resin sand process optimization adopts Micro Logix PLC as the main controller, and curing agent, resin and other liquid flow rate were controlled quantificationally through PID and frequency control. Sand temperature and moisture before and after preparation were monitored. The curing agent and resin flow output were compensated by the fuzzy controller,and sand composition was adjusted on line. The results show that the flow error of curing agent, resin and other liquid after optimization is less than ±3%, and furan resin sand quality is effectively guaranteed.
