摘要
分析了低碳钢点焊过程中动态电阻的变化规律,进而了解熔核形成机理,介绍了基于动态电阻曲线进行电阻点焊参数调整的原理。应用该方法在两层镀锌板和三层混合板焊接时进行了参数调整。结果表明,将动态电阻曲线应用于点焊参数调整,利用第(4)阶段的曲线走向可直观判断焊点质量,具有"可视化"效果,提高了点焊质量控制能力。
The dynamic resistance change of spot welding of low carbon steel were analyzed and the mechanism of nugget formation was understood. The principle of parameters adjustment of resistance spot welding based on dynamic resistance curve was introduced. When two layers of galvanized sheet and three layers of mixed plate were welded, the parameters were adjusted by using the method. The results show that the dynamic resistance curve can be used to adjust the spot welding parameters, and the quality of the welding spots can be directly judged by using the curve at the fourth stage,which has the visual effect and improves the quality control ability of spot welding.
