再生骨料改性后对混凝土性能影响的试验研究

摘要 文章以3种粗骨料(粗骨料NA(natural aggregate)、普通再生粗骨料RA(recycled aggregate)、经掺入新材料(KA粉)的水泥浆液浸泡处理的再生粗骨料RA-KA)为研究对象,然后分别配制成混凝土NAC、RAC、RAC-KA,并测试在不同水胶比条件下(W/B=0.26与0.60)配置成的混凝土的力学性能,通过试验数据对比分析,26RAC-KA和26RAC对比发现,26RAC-KA的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、断裂能和弹性模量都有所提高;60RAC-KA与60RAC对比发现,再生混凝土断裂能有较大提高,劈裂抗拉强度和弹性模量有小幅提高,但抗压强度略有下降。 In this paper, 3 kinds of coarse aggregate(coarse aggregate NA(natural aggregate), RA(recycled aggregate of recycled coarse aggregate), through the incorporation of new materials(KA powder) of the cement slurry soaking treatment of recycled coarse aggregate RA-KA) as the research object, and then prepared into concrete NAC, RAC, RAC-KA, and the ratio test under the condition of different water binder(W/B=0.26 and0.60) configured to mechanical properties of concrete, by contrasting the test data analysis, low water binder ratio 26 RAC-KA and 26 RAC comparison, after the treatment of 26 RAC-KA compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, elastic modulus and fracture energy are increased; compared to 60 RAC-KA and compared with 60 RAC high water rubber, recycled concrete fracture energy is greatly improved, splitting tensile strength and elastic modulus increased slightly, but the compressive strength decreased slightly.
