摘要
针对湿固化型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料在不同介质下的耐久性进行研究。结果表明:长期浸泡于水、酸、碱溶液,单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均有显著下降,但仍具有较好的抗渗和耐低温性能;对于酸性介质且对水质有要求的工程部位,应避免使用深色聚氨酯涂料作为防水层,或者选用着色方法更佳、抗变色能力更强的深色产品。
Durability of water cured single component polyurethane waterproofing coating in immersed environment with various media is studied. The results show both tensile strength and elongation at break of the coating in water, acid and alkali solutions over a long period time will reduce significantly, but its permeability and low temperature resistance are still better. The places of the project that have requirements for acid media and water quality should not use dark color polyurethane coating as waterproofing layer and waterproofing products that can better colored and have stronger change color resistance are preferred.
