PVC、TPO、EPDM、HDPE等高分子防水卷材除了满足国标要求检测合格外,还需要配备适合的焊接工艺,方能达到材料施工后的完美效果。常见的焊接工艺主要包括:热风焊接、热楔焊接、挤出焊接等,本文重点介绍了这几种焊接工艺的原理、特点、适用的材料等。
The excellent waterproofing results of high polymer waterproofing membranes, such as PVC, TPO, EPDM, HDPE come from not good quality of the material itself meeting relevant national standard, but appropriate welding technology.Commonly used welding methods include hot air welding, hot wedge welding and extruding welding etc. The article describes mainly principles, features and materials suited of these welding methods
