抑郁症发病危险因素分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨抑郁症患者的生活方式在内的影响因素与疾病发展的关系,为综合防治抑郁症提供科学依据。方法 2017年1~4月选取济宁市精神病防治院136例轻中度抑郁症患者为病例组,136例健康志愿者为对照组,自行制作调查问卷收集有关抑郁症的影响因素并进行统计分析。结果单因素分析表明,病例组与对照组在居住地、家庭月收入方面不同,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.912、25.904,均P<0.05),在豆类、果蔬和酸奶摄入量上不同,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.132、12.040、5.082,均P<0.05)。多因素分析表明,居住地对抑郁症的发展有影响,豆类(OR=0.458,95%CI:0.268~0.784);果蔬(OR=0.406,95%CI:0.234~0.704)和酸奶(OR=0.698,95%CI:0.071~0.435)摄入量对抑郁症的发展有影响(P<0.05)。结论居住地、家庭收入和多种饮食习惯对抑郁症的发生有影响,应采取综合防治措施。 Objective To address the risk factors of depression,so as to provide scientific basis for disease prevention and treatment. Methods A self-designed questionnaire survey was conducted among 136 patients with mild-to-moderate depression from Mental Hospital of Jining and among 136 healthy volunteers as well.Results Single factor analysis showed that place of residence and family income were different between patients and healthy controls(χ2=13.912,25.904,P〈0.05).Patients and healthy controls consumed different amount of beans,vegetables,fruits and yogurt(χ2=7.132,12.040,5.082,P〈0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that place of residence as well as the amount of vegetables,fruits,beans and yogurt consumed were influencing factors for depression(P〈0.05). Conclusions Place of residence,family income and dietary habits have impact on the occurrence of depression.Therefore,comprehensive prevention and control measures should be taken.
