摘要
利用旧厂房打造体育中心在我国尚属于一个新课题。本文主要针对旧厂房打造体育中心进行理性思考,在相关分析的基础上提出若干建设性的发展建议。首先,对国内外旧厂房再利用的概括进行阐述。其次,对民众对利用旧厂房打造体育中心的态度调查分析,调查结果表明:利用旧厂房打造体育中心具有一定的可行性。再次,对国内利用旧厂房打造体育中心的案例进行介绍并对其进行SWOT分析。最后,从投资者以及政府层面等提出相关的发展建议。
It is a new topic in China to transform the abandoned factory buildings into sports centers. The paper firstly introduces this topic, and then puts forth some constructive suggestions based on the related analysis.First of all, it summarizes the general situation of utilizing abandoned plants in China and other countries.Secondly, it surveys and analyzes people＇s attitudes towards transforming the abandoned factories into sports centers. The survey indicates certain feasibility of the idea. And then it studies some specific cases of building old plants into sports centers in China and analyzing the cases with SWOT method. Finally, it offers some development proposals to the investors and the local governments.
