Application of nanotechnology in the treatment of ovarian cancer

摘要 近年来,纳米技术应用于卵巢癌治疗成为研究热点.纳米药物具有直径小、组织相容性好、可表面修饰以及靶向定位能力等特性,可以显著提高药物的生物利用度.纳米技术在卵巢癌的化疗、抗肿瘤血管生成治疗、基因治疗、免疫治疗、热疗、光动力学治疗等方面的应用显示出其潜在价值. In recent years,the application of nanotechnology in the treatment of ovarian cancer has become a hot topic.Nanomedicine has characteristics of small diameter,good biocompatibility,surface modification and targeting ability,which has been shown to improve the biocompatibility of drugs remarkably.Nanotechnology has potential application value in chemotherapy,anti-angiogenesis therapy,gene therapy,immune therapy,thermotherapy,and photodynamic therapy of ovarian cancer.
