南疆线大风条件下动车组运行安全性现场试验研究 被引量:3

An Analysis of Field Tests of EMU Train Operation Safety on South Xinjiang Line under Strong Wind Conditions

摘要 为验证南疆线开行动车组的运行安全性,采用现场实车试验的方法,对CRH5G型动车组空气动力学、系统动力学、弓网受流等参数进行测试。现场试验结果表明,系统动力学安全指标存在超标情况,南疆线在目前的防风设施条件下开行动车组存在诸多安全隐患;动车组系统动力学、空气动力学大值点出现位置主要集中在K20—K30区段的土堤式挡风墙、桥梁挡风结构及不同防风设施间的过渡地段;通过实车试验结果分析和现场勘查,找出南疆线防风设施13类220多处过渡地段,下一步将重点对这些过渡地段及防风能力不足的防风设施进行研究,提出优化改造方案,为动车组在南疆线的安全运营提供保障。 In order to verify the safety of operating EMU trains on the South Xinjiang Line, on-site real train tests were carried out to test the aerodynamics, system dynamics, and pantograph-OCS current collection of the CRH56 EMU train. The field test results show that the system dynamics safety indicators exceeded limits, and there were many potential safety hazards for operating EMU trains on the South Xinjiang Line with the current windproof facilities; the high values of system dynamics and aerodynamics of the EMU train mainly occurred in the K20--K30 section with the embankment type windshield walls, the bridge windshield structures and the transition zones between the different windshield facilities; through analysis of real train test results and on- site investigation, 13 types and more than 220 transitional sections with windproof facilities were identified on the line. The next step would be focusing on the study of these transitional areas and windproof facilities with insufficient windproof capacity, and proposing an optimization and reconstruction program to provide conditions for the safe operation of EMU trains on the South Xinjiang Line.
