摘要
为保障高速铁路安全、稳定、高效运营维护,将故障预测与健康管理(PHM)的理念与方法应用于高速铁路牵引供电系统,开展高速铁路牵引供电系统PHM技术架构与方案研究。结合系统特点,构建高速铁路牵引供电系统PHM总体技术框架,并针对接触网系统和牵引变电所分别设计具体PHM技术方案与主要功能。
The concept and method of failure prediction and health management (PHM) is introduced into HSR traction power supply system and the PHM technical framework and proposal are studied to ensure safe, stable and efficient operation and maintenance of high speed railways. The paper, based on the features of the system, builds a PHM general technical framework for HSR traction power supply system and layouts concrete PHM technical frameworks and main functions for OCS and traction substation respectively.
