Reform and evaluation of experimental teaching in medical laboratory technology

摘要 目的探讨医学检验技术专业实验教学的改革与评价。方法将185名医学检验技术专业学生设立为实验组与对照组,开展实验教学体系改革效果的对比分析。通过问卷调查、实验类别调整情况分析、形态学和综合技能强化培训效果以及学生考核成绩的研究,数据均进行统计学处理。结果实验组学生对课程重视程度和学习兴趣明显提高;对于模拟临床综合技能培训方面,实验组同学认可度(80.4%)明显高于对照组(67.7%);考核形式上选择综合方法考核的实验组同学(81.5%)明显多于对照组同学(55.9%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步通过课程考核成绩分析,实验组同学平均成绩(82.6分)明显高于对照组(70.3分),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论实验教学体系的改革可有效提高学生的技能水平。 Objective To investigate the reform and evaluation of experimental teaching in medical laboratory technology. Methods 185 students majoring in medical laboratory technology were divided into two groups: experimental group and control group,with a comparative analysis of the effect of the reform of the experimental teaching system. The data were statistically analyzed through questionnaire survey,experimental classification adjustment,morphology and comprehensive skills,intensive training effect and student assessment results.Results After the reform,the degree of attention and interest of the students to the curriculum were obviously increased. In the field of simulated clinical comprehensive skills training,the students' accreditation of the experimental group(80.4%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(67.7%). In the form of examination,the number of students(81.5%) in the experimental group who chose the comprehensive method to assess was significantly higher than that in the control group(55.9%). The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Through further analysis of the performance of the curriculum,we found that the average score of the students in the experimental group(82. 6 points) was significantly higher than that in the control group(70. 3 points),and the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0. 01). Conclusions The reform of experimental teaching system can effectively improve the quality of students' skill level.
