摘要
首先分析了CLT的研究与应用现状,包括其材料性能、连接方式、体系和T程实例。以Murray Grove和Treet大楼两个实际工程为例,阐述了CLT建筑与模块化装配式技术结合的优势。,重点介绍了木结构装配建筑OTTO.Caf6从模型到落地建造的全过程。这种基于CLT的板式建筑是装配式模块化和水续理念的实现,所有承西木构件的基本模块统一为1.2m×3.6m的CLT板材。结合建筑使用需求、结构互承式概念和有限元分析,从16个模型单元中挑选出6种合理的结构组合形式进行结构优化设计,最终建造落地。OTTO.Caf6结构没计理念简清,通过装配式建造的方式,实现空间可变与工业化生产,满足客户多样需求。
Firstly, the research and application of CLT were analyzed, including its material performance, connection methods, system and engineering practice. Taking two practical projects of Murray Grove and Treet buildings as examples, the advantages of the combination of CLT building and modular assembly technology were expounded. The whole process from model to construction of timber structural prefabricated building OTTO. Caf6 was highlighted. This slab-type building based on CLT was the fulfillment of prefabricated modularization and sustainable concept. The sizes of the CLT panels of all load-bearing timber components could be uniformly categorized as 1.2m × 3.6m. Combined with architectural usage needs, the concept of reciprocal-supporting, and finite element analysis, six proper assembly modulars out of sixteen were selected to be structurally optimized for design and final construction. The structural design principle of OTTO. Care was simple, which intended to accomplish the spacious variation and industrial production and meet the diversified demand of clients by means of prefabricated construction.
