γ射线辐射技术在质子交换膜改性制备中的研究进展

摘要 本文综述近年来国内外燃料电池用质子交换膜的γ射线辐射改性的研究进展。重点对质子交换膜基材结构进行阐述,较详细地对全氟膜、部分含氟膜及无氟膜以γ射线辐射技术作为交联、接枝手段开展的各种改性研究进行比较,对质子交换膜制备改性的工艺方法以及影响膜性能因素的相关研究进行介绍,并对γ射线辐射技术在质子交换膜开发方面的应用进行展望。 In this paper, the research progress of γ-ray radiation modification of proton exchange membranes for fuel cells at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed. The substrate structure of proton exchange membrane was described mainly, the various modification studies of perfluorinated membrane,fluorine-containing membrane and non-fluorinated hybrid membrane using γ-ray irradiation technology as cross-linking and graft technology were compared in detail. The researches of the modification technique of proton exchange membrane and the factors affecting its performances were introduced, and the application of γ-ray irradiation technology in the development of proton exchange membrane was proposed.
