摘要
目的观察制霉菌素溶液联合金因肽治疗急性放射性口腔炎的疗效。方法选择住院行单纯放疗的头颈部肿瘤患者46例,放疗过程中出现2级及以上放射性口腔炎的患者,分为试验组和对照组,每组23例。试验组三餐后及睡前用碳酸氢钠、呋喃西林交替漱口,充分清洁口腔后,将金因肽均匀喷洒于口腔黏膜糜烂处,0.5 h后予以10万U/mL的制霉菌素溶液涂抹口腔黏膜炎表面。对照组三餐后及睡前用碳酸氢钠、呋喃西林交替漱口,充分清洁口腔后,将金因肽均匀喷洒于口腔黏膜糜烂处。评价2组患者放射性口腔炎的治疗效果。结果试验组患者黏膜白斑退缩时间、溃疡愈合速度及疼痛缓解程度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论制霉菌素联合金因肽治疗头颈部肿瘤患者放疗过程中出现的放射性口腔炎疗效显著、安全便捷,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To detect the therapeutic effect of Nistatin combined with Genetime on acute radiation - induced oral mueositis. Methods 46 cases of head and neck carcinoma patients,who underwent radiation - induced oral mocositis about two - grade level during the radiation therapy time,were randomly derided into the test group and the control group,23 patients in each group. Pa- tients in the test group were treated with sodium bicarbonate and nitrofurazone for gargle alternating after meals and before sleep, then em- brocate the Genetime and Nystatin ( 10 million units/ml) on the surface of the mucositis. The control group patients had the same treat- ment except the Nystatin. The effects of the two groups were observed. Results According to the diminished time of leukoplakia of mu- cosa, ulcer intertion status and pain control patients, the test group were superior to the control group. There are dramatically statistic differences in the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nystatin combined with Genetime is an effective,safe and convenient therapeutic regimen for the radiation - induced oral mucositis. It is feasible for clinical use.
