摘要
针对?14 mm螺纹钢筋四切分工艺生产机时产量偏低、能耗偏高的弱点,萍安钢铁公司通过对其精轧孔型系统进行技术改造并成功升级为五切分工艺,使得?14 mm螺纹钢筋的机时产量增加,生产成本下降,经济效益提升。
To deal with the shortcoming of low output and high energy consumption of φ14 mm four-segment rebar production process, Ping An Steel Company successfully upgraded its finishing pass system to five-segmentation process so that machine hour production of φ14 mm rebar increased, the cost of production decreased and economic returns improved.
