摘要
提出一种快速而简便的分光光度法测定钒氮合金中微量和低含量磷。讨论了试料量,显色条件对显色反应的影响,确定了最佳试验条件。试样经硝酸(1+1)溶解并将磷氧化成高价后,在0.9-1.0mol/L硝酸介质中,以铋磷钼蓝分光光度法测定,基体钒对测定有影响,可不经预先分离,在绘制校准曲线的标准溶液中加人与样品中相同或相近含量的钒克服干扰。据此得到磷元素校准曲线的相关系数均在0.9995以上,测定结果相对标准偏差小于5%,加标回收率在99.5—100.6%。该法能满足钒氮合金的测定要求,而且特别适用于炉前快速分析。
A rapid and simple spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace and low levels of phosphorus in vanadium-nitrogen alloys was proposed. The effects of the amount of sample and the color condition on the color reaction were discussed, and the optimum test conditions were determined. After the sample is dissolved by nitric acid (1 + 1) and the phosphorus is oxidized to a high price, it is determined by bismuth phosphomolybdate blue spectrophotometry in a 0.9-1.0 mol / L nitric acid medium. The matrix vanadium affects the measurement without prior separation , In the calibration curve of the standard solution to join the sample with the same or similar content of vanadium to overcome the interference. The correlation coefficients of phosphorus calibration curves were all above 0.9995, the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were less than 5% and the recovery rates were between 99.5% and 100.6%. The method can meet the determination of vanadium nitrogen alloy requirements, but also particularly suitable for rapid analysis of the furnace.
