摘要 介绍用于X、γ射线剂量量值传递的微弱电流测量装置设计工作。介绍了微弱电流测量的反馈积分法的基本原理,该方法具有测量精度高、稳定性好的特点。基于反馈积分法设计了一套微弱电流测量装置,分别介绍了装置中的积分电路、复位电路、信号处理电路、电源电路和控制电路等。通过Keithley 6430标准电流源测试和与PTW UNIDOSE E的比对测试表明,该微弱电流测量装置具有较高的精度,能够用于X、γ射线剂量量值传递工作中。 A newly designed electrometer for X-ray and γ-ray radiation dosimetry value transfer is introduced. The basic theory of feedback integration method which possesses the advantages of high accuracy and high stability is introduced for low-level current measurement. An electrometer which consists of integration circuit,reset circuit,analog voltage procession circuit,power and controller circuit,based on feedback integration method,is designed. A series of tests are taken by using a programmable low-level current standard and comparison with commercial PTW UNIDOS E dosemeter,the results show that the electrometer have a high accuracy and is capacity of dosimetry value transfer.
