水分、密度、添加剂对典型草原天然牧草裹包青贮品质的影响 被引量:13

摘要 针对影响天然牧草裹包青贮饲料品质的原料含水量(50%~55%、55%~60%、60%~65%、65%~70%)、裹包密度(200~250kg/m3、250~300kg/m3、300~350kg/m3、350~400kg/m3)和青贮添加剂的添加量(0.00g/kg、0.25g/kg、0.50g/kg、1.00g/kg)3个因素设计试验,比较不同处理下天然牧草裹包青贮饲料的营养品质和发酵品质。结果表明:天然牧草原料含水量65%~70%、裹包密度350~400kg/m3、青贮添加剂添加量0.50g/kg的青贮品质较好,其pH值最低(3.4),乳酸含量(60.35mmol/g)、粗蛋白质含量(10.86%)和粗脂肪含量(15.47%)最高,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量最低(分别为68.28%和47.86%)。综合考虑,天然牧草裹包青贮的最佳工艺条件:原料含水量(65%~70%)+裹包密度(350~400kg/m3)+青贮添加剂(0.50g/kg)。 The experiment was conducted to select optimal moisture content,wrapping density and the added amount of silage additive for forage grass silage,and to provide a scientific basis for natural grass baling silage.The experiments were designed according to 3 factors influencing the quality of natural grass baling silage,moisture content(50%-55%,55%-60%,60%-65%,65%-70%),bale density(200-250 kg/m3,250-300 kg/m3,300-350 kg/m3,350-400 kg/m3)and the added amount of silage additives(0.00 g/kg,0.25 g/kg,0.50 g/kg,1.00 g/kg).The nutritional indexes and fermentation quality of natural grass baling silage under different treatments were analyzed.The results showed that the moisture content of natural grass was 65%-70%,the wrapping density was 350-400 kg/m3 and the added amount of silage additives was 0.50 g/kg had a better quality of silage,it had the lowest pH,3.4 and the contents of LA was the highest,60.35 mmol/g(P〈0.01);the contents of CP and EE were the highest,10.86% and15.47%respectively,the contents of NDF and ADF were the lowest,68.28% and 47.86% respectively(P〈0.01).In comprehensive consideration,the optimal process conditions of natural grass baling silage was:raw material moisture content(65%-70%)+ wrapping density(350-400 kg/m3)+ silage additives(0.50 g/kg),and had a high quality of silage.
