摘要
涂料生产是一项复杂的工作,为了有效预测涂料最优研磨时间,提出了一种应用改进粒子群算法寻找最优研磨时间的方法,并采用两个函数分别对算法进行验证。仿真结果表明,只要适当地选择参数,改进粒子群算法寻优精度能够满足需求,利用算法得到的结果可以作为确定涂料研磨时间的依据,减少研磨时间,节约企业生产成本。
Coating production is a complex task. In order to effectively predict the optimal grinding time of paint, a method of finding the optimal grinding time by using improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed,and two functions are used to verify the algorithm. The simulation results show that as long as the parameters are properly selected, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm can meet the demand, and the results obtained by the algorithm can be used as the basis for determining the lapping time of coatings, reducing the grinding time and saving the production cost of enterprises.
