摘要
通过分别改变纤维类型、刺针钩数、针刺深度、钩刺深度,研究它们对超细纤维合成革用针刺非织造布剥离强度的影响。研究表明,采用高强度纤维、1个钩的G3017 R100型刺针、针刺深度为8.50 mm、钩刺深度为0.06 mm的针刺工艺,可获得高剥离强度的针刺非织造布用于超细纤维合成革的生产。
By changing the fiber type,the number of needle hooks,the depth of punching and the depth of barb,their effects on the peeling strength of the needle-punched nonwovens for superfine fiber synthetic leather were studied. The results showed that,the high peeling strength of needlepunched nonwovens for the production of superfine fiber synthetic leather could be obtained with high-strength fibers,G3017 R100 type needle(one needle hook),the depth of punching at 8. 50 mm and the depth of barb at 0. 06 mm.
