摘要
采用紫外辐射的方法,以二苯甲酮(BP)为引发剂,成功将丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)接枝到聚丙烯无纺布上,增大其吸油性能。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)分析无纺布接枝前后官能团的变化、通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察表面形态的变化,优化的工艺为:复配单体质量分数10%、单体配比1∶1、辐射时间为60 min、BP质量分数0.75%,接枝率最大为16.2%。接枝改性后无纺布的饱和吸附率以及保油率均有提高,分别为17.2 g/g和13.7 g/g。由于双单体的引入,无纺布的断裂强力以及断裂伸长率均提高。
Polypropylene non-woven fabric is grafted with methyl acrylate (MA) and butyl acrylate (BA) to increase its oil absorption performance with benzophenones as an initiator by ultraviolet radiation method. The changes of functional groups before and after grafting are analyzed by infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and the surface morphology is observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The optimum process is as follows: when the compound monomer is 10% with mass ratio of 1 : l, the radiation time is 60 min, BP is 0.75%, the grafting rate can reach 16.2%. The saturated adsorption rate and oil retention rate of the modified non-woven fabrics increase to 17.2 g/g and 13.7 g/g respectively. The breaking strength and elongation of non-woven fabrics increase due to the introduction of double monomers.
