摘要
以纺织品中的新型防腐剂N-辛基异噻唑啉酮(OIT)、2-(硫氰酸甲基巯基)苯并噻唑(TCMTB)、4-氯-3-甲酚(CMK)和邻苯基苯酚(o-PP)为研究对象,利用加速溶剂自动萃取的检测原理,代替传统的超声方法,有效克服了样品提取环境不密闭,危险系数大,人力消耗多的缺点。加标回收试验表明,该方法回收率高、精密度好,技术指标符合分析方法的要求,方法检测灵敏度高,定量限为0.5 mg/kg,满足检测需求。
Taking the new preservatives in textile products, N-octyl thiazolidone (OIT), 2-(thiocyanate methyl mercapto) benzothiazole (TCMTB), 4-chloro-3-cresol (CMK) and o-phenyl phenol (o-PP) as the research the objects, a new detection method is established to replace the traditional ultrasonic method by the principle of automatic extraction of accelerated solvent, which can effectively overcome the disadvantages of the non sealing of the sample extraction environment, the large risk coefficient and the manpower consumption. The test shows that this method has high recovery rate and precision, and the technical index can meet the requirement of analysis method. The sensitivity of the method is high and the limit of quantitation is 0.5 mg/kg, which can meet the requirement of detection.
