摘要
针对高分辨率、高采样速率数据采集系统中的采样速率、输入动态范围受限的问题,文中基于TI公司的ADS9110芯片设计了18位,2MSPS的数据采集系统。利用ADS9110的Multi-SPI模式,使得在低SPI时钟速率下突破了隔离式数据采样系统的采样速率的限制。同时在设计时利用FPGA中的时钟信号,消除时钟抖动,从而实现了高采样时钟速率下的高信噪比。
For the high resolution and high sampling rate data acquisition system,the sampling rate and the input dynamic range are limited. A data acquisition system based on ADS9110 is designed in this paper,which uses ADS9110's Multi-SPI mode to break the sampling rate limit of the isolated data sampling system at low SPI clock rates.In addition the clock jitter is eliminated by using the clock signal in FPGA,and the high signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) at high sampling clock rate is achieved.
