摘要
通信管理系统作为通信调度运维的主要支撑工具,资源管理是基础。国内电网企业现有的通信资源维护管理机制不完备,缺少规范化的流程,导致资源数据准确性较差,数据治理工作任务繁重。文章提出基于场景的通信资源流程化管控机制,可对工程场景和属地化场景下的资源数据维护进行流程化管控,完善系统流程纵向贯通及数据资源共享机制,实现资源数据的全过程闭环管理,有效提升资源数据的准确性,为实时监视、检修管理、方式管理等智能化应用保驾护航。
As the main support tools of communication schedule and operation, resource management is the basis in TMS system. The existing mechanism of communication resource maintenance management is incomplete, lacking of standardized process, leads to the inaccuracy of resource data, so the data management task is very heavy. This paper presents a process control mechanism of communication resources based on scene. Through the process control of resource data under the project scene and the localization scene, it can improve the vertical penetration and data resource sharing mechanism, finally realize the closed-loop management of resource data, which can effectively improve the accuracy of resource data, and provide efficient protection for the intelligent application of real-time monitoring, maintenance management and mode management.
