介绍了机组在低温启动时出现的制冷剂迁移情况,这可能会引起压缩机带液启动和润滑不足等损坏压缩机的现象。为此应采用压缩机电加热带,同时对压缩机频率和电子膨胀阀开度进行有效控制等措施,从而保证吸气过热度和油温过热度。
The dynamic character of refrigeration migration under low ambient temperature is introduced, it may cause the starting process with liquid refrigerant and lubricated scarcity,which destroys the refrigeration compressors, so the compressor electric heater should be used. At the same time, the electronic expansion valve and the compressor frequency should be controlled effectively,then the superheat can be ensured.
