摘要
水西彝族家支具有共同家支名称、祭祀共同祖先、父子连名系谱、统一"纳以"及分宗制度等特征,其家支习惯法既是水西彝族习惯法的重要组成部分,又具有维护家支内部秩序、促进家支内部互助、维护家支整体利益、增强家支凝聚力等价值和功能。
Shuixi Yi Nationality clan has a common family name, a common ancestor worship, even thename of the father and the son pedigree, unified Na Yi and points of system characteristics, and the customarylaw of the clan is the important part of Shuixi Yi customary, with home maintenance for internal order and pro-moting the internal and mutual assistance, showing the value and function of maintaining the overall interestsand enhancing the cohesion.
