摘要
目的探讨小骨窗微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法选择2014年5月—2017年5月本院收治的脑出血患者88例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(采用传统开颅血肿清除术与去骨瓣减压术)与研究组(采用小骨窗微创颅内血肿清除术)各44例。评价两组治疗效果、手术时间、住院时间、术后并发症情况与死亡率。结果两组脑出血患者治疗效果对比中,研究组88.64%高于对照组65.91%(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间与住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率4.55%低于对照组20.44%(P<0.05);对照组与研究组在死亡率对比中无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论小骨窗微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血效果确切,有效保证了患者的预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage through small bone window. Methods From May 2014 to May2017,88 patients with intra-cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group(using conventional craniotomy and decompressive craniectomy） and study group(small bone window minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal）,each group with 44 cases. The treatment effect,operation time,hospital stay,postoperative complications and mortality of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment effect of the study group(88. 64%） was higher than 65. 91% of the control group(P〈0. 05）. The surgery time and hospitalization time of study group were lower than the control group(P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 4.55%,which was lower than 20.44% in the control group(P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the control group and the study group in the mortality rate(P〉0.05）. Conclusions Small bone window minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal of intra-cerebral hemorrhage has exact effect,effectively ensure the prognosis of patients.
