摘要
目的建立DB-WAX毛细管柱同时测定工作场所中正戊烷、正己烷、辛烷、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、丁酮、苯、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸异戊酯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、乙酸戊酯、邻二甲苯、苯乙烯、环己酮等18种挥发性有机污染物的快速检测方法。方法用活性碳管采集空气中18种物质,经二硫化碳解析后,解吸液经DB-WAX柱分析后,FID检测器测定,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果上述18种挥发性有机污染物分离效果好,工作曲线线性相关系数均在0.999 9以上,相对标准偏差为2.1%~5.0%,解吸效率为81.4%~103.8%,检出限均低于职业化学中毒现场剂量水平。结论该方法能有效分离和准确测定上述工作场所18种挥发性有机化合物,操作简便,快捷。
Objective To establish a method for the rapid detection of 18 volatile organic pollutants in workplace using DB-WAX capillary column,including pentane,hexane,octane,ethyl acetate,acetone,butanone,benzene,trichloroethylene,four vinyl chloride,toluene,butyl acetate,isoamyl acetate,p-xylene,m-xylene,amyl acetate,xylene,styrene,cyclohexanone.Methods 18 kinds of substances in workplace air were collected by activated carbon tube. After analysis by carbon disulfide,the analytical solution was analyzed by DB-WAX column and determined by FID detector. Results The above 18 volatile organic pollutants had a good separation effect,the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was above 0. 999 9,the relative standard deviation was within 2. 1%-5. 0%,the desorption efficiency was within 81. 4%-103. 8%,and the detection limit was lower than the field dose level of occupation chemical poisoning. Conclusion The method is simple and quick. 18 volatile organic compounds in these workplaces can be effectively separated and accurately determined.
