摘要
以激光熔敷中常用的Ni60A合金粉末和45钢为研究对象,研究了单道与10道熔覆、单层和多层熔覆的所得熔覆层的组织与显微硬度差别。结果表明:10道熔覆层的组织不仅比单道熔覆层更复杂些,而且均匀性也没有单道熔覆层组织好;随着层数的增加,熔覆层的硬度依次降低。
Taking commonly used Ni60 A alloy powder and 45 steel in laser deposition as research object, the difference of microstructure and microhardness of the cladding layers obtained by the single channel and 10-channel cladding, single layer and multilayer cladding. The results show that the microstructure of the 10-channel cladding layer is not only more complicated than that of the single-channel cladding layer, but also the homogeneity of the single-channel cladding layer is not better than that of single-channel cladding layer. With the increase of layers, the hardness of the cladding layer decreases in turn.
