摘要
采用不同介质对数控刀具用5Cr5Mo Si V1Sr钢试样进行了淬火,并进行了室温和500℃高温的冲击性能和耐磨损性能的测试与分析。结果表明:淬火介质对钢25℃室温的冲击性能和耐磨损性能影响较小,对500℃高温的冲击性能和耐磨损性能有明显影响。与25℃水淬相比,15%浓度35℃PAG水溶液淬火的试样室温冲击吸收功提高24%,高温冲击吸收功提高89%,室温磨损体积减小16%,高温磨损体积减小58%。淬火介质优选为:15%浓度35℃PAG水溶液。
5Cr5MoSiV1Sr steel specimens for NC tool were quenched by using different media. And the impact properties and wear resistance at room temperature and 500℃were tested and analyzed. The results show that the quenching medium has little impact on the impact and wear resistance of the steel at room temperature of 25 ℃, and has obvious impact on the impact properties and wear resistance of the steel at 500 ℃. Compared with water quenching at 25 ℃, when the sample is quenched at 15% PAG 35 ℃ solution, the impact absorption works at the room temperature and high temperature increase by 24% and 89%, respectively; the wear resistances at the room temperature and high temperature increase by 16% and 58%,respectively. The optimized quenching medium is PAG aqueous solution with a concentration of 15% at 35 ℃.
