摘要
针对光伏微逆变器高效可靠的要求,分析了电流馈入型LLC谐振变换器的工作原理和开关损耗,仿真证实电流馈入型LLC变换器可以可靠实现零电流关断且开关损耗更小,更适用于光伏场合。
According to the requirements of high efficiency and reliability of photovoltaic micro-inverters,the working principle and switching loss of current-fed LLC resonant converters were analyzed.The simulation confirmed that the current-fed LLC converter can reliably achieve zero-current shutdown and smaller switching losses,which was more suitable for photovoltaic applications.
