桂西地区西南桦中龄林生长对间伐和施肥的响应 被引量:13

Growth response of mid-aged Betula alnoides plantations to thinning and fertilization in western Guangxi

摘要 间伐和施肥是促进林分生长、缩短培育周期的重要森林经营措施。以广西百色10年生西南桦林分为研究对象,设置3种间伐强度(0、15%、40%)、2种施肥水平(施1 kg N、P、K复合肥与不施肥)开展间伐施肥试验,探讨间伐和施肥处理对西南桦中龄林生长的影响,为西南桦大径材高效培育提供科学依据和技术支撑。结果表明:间伐约2.5 a后,间伐对西南桦中龄林胸径、枝下高、冠幅和单株材积增量影响显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01),间伐与施肥的交互作用对胸径生长影响极显著;随着间伐强度的增加,西南桦平均胸径、冠幅、单株材积的增量逐渐增大,枝下高增量逐渐减小,树高和林分蓄积量无显著变化(P≥0.05);虽然施肥处理的西南桦胸径、冠幅和单株材积增量高于未施肥处理,但是两者间仅冠幅差异显著。 Thinning and fertilizing are important forest management measures for accelerating stand growth and shortening rotation. A trail with three thinning intensities(0, 15%,40%) and two fertilizing levels(1 and 0 kg NPK compound fertilizer) was conducted in a 10-year-old stand of Betula alnoides in Baise city, Guangxi. The growth performance of the stand was investigated to evaluate effects of thinning and fertilization on tree growth after about 2.5 years. The results showed that thinning had significant effects on the increments of diameter at breast height, crown diameter, individual stem volume and height of crown base at the levels of 0.05 or 0.01. The interaction of thinning and fertilizing also had a significant effect on diameter at breast height. The mean increments of diameter at breast height, crown diameter and individual stem volume increased while height of crown base decreased, and height and stand volume did not change obviously(P ≥ 0.05) with increase of thinning intensity. Although the mean increment of diameter at breast height, crown diameter and individual stem volume were larger than those of no fertilization, only did the increment of crown diameter reachsignificant level(P 〈0.05).
