摘要
大学半导体物理课程是一门理论性与实践性并重的课程,随着核心素养理念培养的不断深入,要求大学半导体物理课程改革现有的教学模式,以培养学生的社会适应能力作为目标,提升学生的实践操作能力与知识应用能力。通过对核心素养内涵进行分析,从高校人才培养的角度出发,探究了核心素养下高校半导体物理教学改革创新策略。
Semiconductor Physics University is an equal emphasis on theory and practice of the course, along with the deepening of the concept of core competence cultivation, University of semiconductor physics curriculum reform the existing teaching mode to cultivate students" ability to adapt to society as the goal, enhance the practice ability of the students with the ability of knowledge application.?Based on the analysis of the connotation of core literacy and from the perspective of talent cultivation in universities, this paper explores innovative strategies for teaching reform of semiconductor physics in Colleges and Universities under core literacy.
