摘要
立足使命进行干部队伍建设是党的干部工作的基本传统。新时代中国特色社会主义现代化强国建设赋予党和政府新的现实使命。践行这一使命须立足干部使命管理对干部管理机制进行系统性重构,以发挥干部管理机制对干部的激励功效,为干部履行使命与责任、为干部个人健康发展提供动力保障。
Constructing the cadre team based on mission is a basic tradition for CPC's cadre work. The construction of a socialist modernized country with Chinese characteristics in the new era gives the Party and the government a new realistic mission. To fulfill this mission, the systematical reconstruction of cadre management mechanisms based on the management of cadres' missions is required to exert the mechanism's incentive function for cadres, as well as provide a motivational guarantee for the cadres to fulfill their missions and responsibilities and develop healthily.
