蛋白乙酰化和自噬在特发性肺纤维化中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肺纤维化是多种呼吸系统疾病发生发展过程中的一个重要阶段。蛋白乙酰化修饰失衡参与了肺纤维化的发病过程,特别乙酰化调控的自噬过程对成纤维细胞的增殖、凋亡及细胞外基质沉积三个生理过程的失衡进行调控,从而参与肺纤维化的发生及发展。该文主要介绍表观遗传学中蛋白乙酰化修饰和自噬对肺纤维化进程的影响。
