摘要
为解决钢筋工程劳动强度高、作业环境差的问题,提出基于钢筋骨架工业化生产的钢筋工程施工方案,通过合理布置钢筋接头位置、优化吊装方案、采用特制套筒等措施解决梁、柱钢筋骨架施工问题。通过工程实例验证了施工技术的可行性及高效性,与传统施工相比,能够减少80%~90%的现场作业钢筋工,并减少钢筋工程用工约60%。
In order to solve the problem of high intensity and poor working environment of steel bar engineering,a construction technique for reinforcement is explored by arranging the position of reinforcement connection properly, optimizing the lifting plan, using a special sleeve to solve the reinforcement cage construction of beam and column. This reinforcement construction technique which is based on the industrial production of reinforcement frame is tested by engineering projects. Compared to the traditional construction,this construction technique can reduce the field workers of 80%-90%,and reduce the labor of 60%.
