摘要
在200 k W试验台上进行了准东煤的沾污、结渣特性试验,分别比较了管壁金属材质、管壁温度、烟温对沾污和结渣的影响。试验结果表明,管壁金属材质对沾污、结渣的影响不明显;在管壁温度较低时,烟温对管壁表面沾污、结渣的影响更明显,烟温越低沾污和结渣情况减弱;当管壁温度较高时,烟温对管壁表面沾污、结渣的影响弱化,此时壁温越高,管壁沾污、结渣越严重。试验结果可为准东煤在电站锅炉的应用以及锅炉设计提供参考。
The experiment of contamination and slagging characteristics experiment of Zhundong coal was carried out on the 200 k W test bench,and the effects of tube wall material,tube wall temperature and flue gas temperature on contamination and slagging were compared in the experiment. The results showed that the effect of tube material is not obvious on contamination and slagging and when the tube wall temperature is lower,the flue gas temperaturehasmoreimpactonthecontaminationandslagging,thelowerthefluegastemperaturewas,thelesseffectoncontaminationandslagging.When the tube wall temperature is higher,the flue gas temperature has less impact on the contamination and slagging,the higher tube wall temperature was,the more serious effect on contamination and slagging. The experimental results could provide references for Zhundong coal application in powerplantboilers.
