摘要 坪上煤业为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,综采工作面采用分层开采,"U"型通风,由于瓦斯含量高,采用了本煤层预抽、高位钻孔抽采邻近层及上隅角插管等综合抽采方法,但回采期间工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度仍在0.5%~0.7%之间,为了降低上隅角瓦斯浓度,对原有采空区治理方法进行分析并改进。通过在2305(上)综采工作面加大上隅角密闭插管的管径,采用新式上隅角瓦斯拖管抽采技术及设计采用走向高位长钻孔的抽采方法,使工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度有效地降低到0.3%~0.4%,为工作面的安全生产提供了保障。 Pingshang Coal Mine is a coal and gas outburst mine. The fully mechanized mining face adopts stratified mining and U-type ventilation. Due to the high gas content, the coal seam is pre-pumped, the adjacent drilling holes are drilled, and the upper corner is intubated. However, the methane concentration in the upper corner of working face is still between 0.5% and 0.7% during the mining period. In order to reduce the gas concentration in the upper corner, the original goaf treatment method is analyzed and improved. Through increasing the diameter of airtight intubation in upper corner, using the new type of gas pipe bracket extraction technology in upper corner and high-level long strike borehole extraction method at 2305 upper fully mechanized working face, the gas concentration in upper corner of working face effectively reduced from 0.3% to 0.4% , which provides the guarantee for safe production in the working face.
