摘要
面向用户的可装配性设计是当前产品设计的一个主流趋势,也是实木家具榫卯设计的一个重要内容。通过分析实木家具榫卯特色及用户装配需求,指出了榫卯结构的优势与局限,并在此基础上提出了可装配性榫卯设计的主要原则和要求,随后通过借鉴现代设计理念,阐述了装配性榫卯结构的减量化、通用化、标准化及模块化等设计方法。最后结合案例,从榫卯类别和接合方式的角度,系统论证了可装配性榫卯结构的具体条件和做法,并给出了相关改进建议。将可装配理念和实木家具榫卯结构相融合,不仅可以提高实木家具的整体效益,适应现代生产生活方式变革,还能有机传承我国传统家具文化,推动传统榫卯结构的现代更新,甚至对其他产品结构的未来设计也能提供方法指导和经验借鉴。
Design for user assembly (DFUA) is a mainstream trend of the current product design, and also an impor-tant part of the design of solid wood furniture (SWF). By analyzing the characteristics of the SWF and user assembly requirements, this study pointed out the advantages and limitations of the mortise and tenon structure (MTS) and put forward the main assembly principles and requirements of the MTS as follows : 1) reliable mechanical strength of ten-on joints; 2) strict tenon joints technical index; 3) easy assembly and disassembly; 4) being able secondary-and multiple-times assembly; and 5) reasonable assembly and disassembly procedures. Then, by drawing on the modem design concept, it expounded the design methods of the MTS for reduction, generalization, standardization, modular-ization, etc. Finally, with some case studies, from the perspective of mortise and tenon joint type and joint technique, it analyzed the concrete practice of the assembly of the MTS, and provided some suggestions for improvement. In sol-id wood furniture, there are many structures to be disassembled, but these usually cannot be completed by user them-selves. From the point of tenons and parts, there are two main types of mortise and tenon joint categories, namely, the whole tenon and the split tenon. In terms of the mortise and joints, there are several kinds of tenons which can ef-fectively improve the efficiency of the users' assembly, such as lap type of the MTS, bayonet type of the MTS, self-locking type of the MTS, plug-in type of the MTS, chip type of the MTS. Especially, some of innovative MTS, such as fastening type of the MTS and replacement type of the MTS, which will help to modernize the structure of solid wood furniture. The integration of the assembly concepts and the SWF could not only improve the overall benefit of the SWF and adapt to the change of the modem production and lifestyle, but also inherit the traditional furniture cul-ture of China, promote the modem renewal of the traditional moron structure, and provide the DFUA guidance and experience for the solid wood future design and application.
