摘要
为应对学术场域中久治不愈的学术不端顽疾,学术治理开启了专项整治模式,它通过"自上而下"的政策导向、整合动员以及规训等方式,对学术不端的治理起到了一定的效果。然而,考察现实学术场域中的学术治理行动,能够发现学术治理存在技术理性癫狂中的规训占据上风,为了治理而治理的工具价值过度依赖,人情社会导向下的面子工程作祟等工具主义积弊。工具主义学术治理的表面化、短时化以及功利化的价值取向往往会对学术自治产生潜在的损害,相比而言,学术治理更需要一种温和、教化的协同共治方式来唤醒学术人的学术责任伦理精神。据此,甄善学术治理法律协同体系、增设学术治理的监督问询协同机制以及构筑学术治理文化协同机制对于学术治理而言致关重要。
In order to deal with the chronic misconduct problem in the academic field,academic governance has opened up the special management model.Through the ＂top-down＂ policy orientation,the integration of mobilization and discipline,this model has played a certain effect on academic misconduct governance.However,the study of academic governance action finds that there are so many instrumental defects in real academia,such as the prevailing of discipline in technical rationality,the excessive depending on instrumental value of governance,and the haunting of ＂face job＂ in the nepotist society. The superficial, short-term and utilitarian value orientation of instrumental academic governance often causes potential damage to academic autonomy.By comparison,academic governance needs a gentle, civilized cooperation way to awaken the academic ethical responsibility of academics.Therefore, it is critical for academic governance to improve the legal system,set up the supervision and inquiry mechanism,and construct the culture coordination mechanism.
