摘要
针对碳钢系统氧化铁皮、OG泥及高炉重力灰的再次利用做了一系列的压球试验,从原料的准备及其理化性能的检测到对各种原料配比的试验,以及试验过程的数据采集分析,最终确定混合料的水分配比和大致合理配水范围,为后续的压球方案设计提供基础数据。
In view of the reutilization of iron scale of carbon s teel system, OG mud and gravity ash of the blast furnace, a series of pressure ball tests were made. The preparation of the raw materials and their physical and chemical properties, the test of the ratio of various raw materials and the data collection and analysis of the test process were analyzed. Finally, the water ratio and the reasonable water distribution range of the mixture were determined. It provides basic data for subsequent design of press ball scheme.
