摘要
从宏观形貌、熔炼成分、金相组织等方面对冷镦钢SWRCH22A拉拔断裂原因进行了分析,得出钢材心部存在大尺寸圆形夹杂物是导致SWRCH22A拉拔断裂的主要原因,通过优化造渣工艺和提高软吹效果可最大程度去除钢中夹杂物,有效防止冷镦钢断裂的发生。
From the aspects of macro morphology, melting co mposition, and metallographic structure, the drawing fracture cause of SWRCH22A cold heading steel is analyzed. It is found that the large circular inclusions in steel core is the main cause of SWRCH22A drawing fracture. By optimizing the slagging process and improving the soft blowing effect, the inclusions in steel can be greatly removed, effectively preventing the occurrence of fracture of cold heading steel.
