摘要 总结本科生课堂讲解儿童抽动障碍的教学经验。(1)在病因病机方面要重点突出小儿生理病理特点,尤其是肺常不足、脾常不足、肝常有余;(2)在治疗方面辨病论治与辨证论治相结合,并简要介绍西医学治疗本病的药物;(3)辨证用药与专药的应用相结合,讲解钩藤、白芍、石菖蒲治疗抽动障碍的重要作用;(4)充分利用多媒体的优势展示讲解内容;(5)补充典型案例加深学生对本病的印象。 The teaching experience of children in the classroom was summarized, including several aspects as follows: In etiology and pathogenesis, we should focus on the physiological and pathological features of children. Especially the lung and the spleen is often insufficient, the liver is often redundant. In the treatment of combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation, we briefly introduced western medicines to treat the disease. The application of syndrome differentiation medicine and special medicine is combined to explain the important role of hook rattan, radix paeoniae and acorus gramineus. We make full use of the advantages of multimedia presentation. We supplement typical cases to deepen students ' impression of the disease.
