开心片治疗ACS对ERK1/2MAPK信号通路的影响

摘要 目的通过观察开心片对急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者内脂素(Visfatin)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mitogena-ctivated protein kinases,MAPK)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)等相关炎性指标的影响,探讨其对ER K1/2MAPK信号通路的影响。方法选择ACS患者120例,按简单随机化方法分为对照组(以西医规范化治疗方案)和开心片组(西医规范化治疗和中成药开心片口服),分别在治疗前及治疗后1个月检测Visfatin、MAPK、MMP-9、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,并观察治疗后的不良反应情况。结果开心片能明显降低MAPK、MCP-1、MMP-9、IL-6、hs-CRP浓度,但对Visfatin水平无明显改变。结论推断开心片可通过影响ERK1/2MAPK信号转导通路而调控炎症因子,同时改善ACS患者的临床症状。 Objective By observing the influence of Kaixin tablets on Visfatin, MAPK, MMP-9 and other related inflammatory factors in ACS patients, and to discuss the influence of Kaixin tablets on ERK1/2 MAPK signal pathways. Methods The ACS patients of 120 subjects are enrolled and divided into Kaixin tablet group( n=60) and control group(n=60). The control group was treated with standard Western medicine therapy, the Kaixin tablet group was given Kaixin tablets based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with standard western medicine therapy. Blood Samples were taken before the therapy was started and a month later, the expression of Visfatin, MAPK, MCP-1, MMP-9 and IL-6 were detected in the peripheral blood, and then the adverse reactions after treatment was observed. Results Kaixin tablets can obviously reduce blood of ACS patients' hs-CRP, IL-6, MCP-1,MMP-9 and MAPK concentration level, but has no effect to Visfatin level. Conclusion It is inferred that Kaixing tablet can regulate inflammatory factors by affecting ERK1/2 MAPK signal transduction pathway and improve the clinical symptoms of ACS patients at the same time.
