摘要
党的十八届三中全会以来,不少中央企业纷纷将产融结合作为改革试点的重要方向。中央企业产融结合现象引起了学术界的普遍关注。在系统梳理文献的基础上,本文对中央企业产融结合的现状、动因、途径模式、集团管控、风险防范做了归纳与分析,并对未来的研究方向做了展望。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party, many central enterprises have made the integration of industry and finance as an important direction for the reform pilot. The combination of industry and finance in central enterprises has aroused widespread concern in academia On the basis of combing the literature, this paper summarizes the present situation, the motive, the route pattern, the group control, the risk and the prevention of the central enterprises＇ combination of industry and trade, and makes a prospect for the future research direction.
